At the end of my second day of the Daniel Fast I experienced some real breakthrough. After a great discussion about hinderances to prayer and what we can do to overcome them, we had a great time of prayer last night at the church.
It was toward the end, when I asked a young man named Terrance to pray that the heavens opened up for us. Others joined in on that wind of the Spirit and the overwhelming sense was that God was pleased. I pray that this was just an hors d'oeuvre preceding the feast God has prepared solely for those whose hunger has moved them to action! My appetite for more is whet. How about yours?
There is no doubt about it Debbie, the adversary is very busy trying to disconnect us from God and from other believers. It's a fierce battle that we have no choice but to fight! I pray that you find your breakthrough quickly!

Greetings Pastor Todd,
Your blogs the past few days have been very encouraging. My spirit feels so disconnected. For some time now I've been asking God for clarity of my purpose and gifts and what it is He would have me to do for the Body of Christ. Perhaps, the Daniel fast is just what I need to position myself to hear from God.
Peace & Blessings,
Debbie
